We are seeking a reliable and experienced Podiatrist to join our team on a contractor or casual basis across Metro Sydney, with sites located in both the Eastern suburbs and South-West Sydney. This role is ideal for podiatrists seeking flexible working arrangements within aged care. There is opportunity for ongoing and regular work depending on availability and service needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive podiatry assessments for residents in RACFs.
- Provide routine and complex foot care, including nail care, skin integrity management, and management of high-risk feet.
- Assess and manage foot-related pain, mobility issues, and lower limb conditions impacting balance and function.
- Identify and manage foot-related risk factors contributing to falls.
- Prescribe and recommend appropriate footwear, orthotics, and pressure offloading strategies where required.
- Collaborate with care staff, GPs, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on foot health, footwear, and preventative care strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards and compliance requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Podiatry.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
- Professional indemnity insurance (for contractor roles).
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously within an aged care environment.
