Physiotherapist– Full-Time – Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in aged care and a proactive approach to resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents in RACFs.
  • Develop and implement personalised treatment plans focused on mobility, pain management, and fall prevention.
  • Deliver individual and group exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and function.
  • Collaborate with care staff, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards and compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Mandarin (highly desirable).
