Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents in RACFs.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans focused on mobility, pain management, and fall prevention.
- Deliver individual and group exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and function.
- Collaborate with care staff, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic resident care.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility and rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards and compliance requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to commit to a one year locum position.
