• Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the invoice amount is paid in full.

• All parts comes with a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
• All warranty claims to be directed to the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not cover any software.
• Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with RA unit.
• A $35 labor fee will be charged of the machine is found to be fault free.
• Refund could be made within 3 days from the date of purchase, however a 15% restock fee may apply.
• Prices of computer components are subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation of order will automatically attract a 15% restock fee.
• Sales prices are subject to misprints, omissions, and other errors, and we reserved the right to correct the true value of the stock.
• Warranty is void if the products show any evidence of physical damage, over clocking, modification or misuse in anyway to the component(s).
• All logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are for illustration purposes only.
• All freight charges to be borne by the customer unless prior arrangements have been made with Goldenage Computers. Customers returning goods under warranty must pay all related freight charges. (That is both inbound and outbound)

SOFTWARE
No software is installed on PC systems unless agreed upon by Goldenage Computers.

All non-genuine software and licences are prohibited at our premise and will be confiscated.
